iTube S.r.l.
iTube S.r.l. was founded in 2011, building on more than thirty years of experience gained by its founding partners in the design and manufacture of plastic pipes and fittings. Over the years, the Company has developed distinctive expertise in the design and manufacture of customised technical solutions, becoming a trusted partner for customers seeking quality, innovation and reliability.
Indeed, our strength lies in customisation: that’s why we call ourselves the “custom pipe specialist”. Building on an ongoing dialogue with our clients, we develop bespoke solutions that transform technical requirements into high-value-added products.
Each project involves:
- technical analysis of customer requirements;
- design and co-design;
- rapid prototyping using 3D technologies;
- technical validation and functional testing;
- in-house production and quality control.
The integration of manufacturing experience, technological innovation and technical expertise is a strategic factor in the Company’s growth and in creating lasting value for customers, staff and stakeholders.

The mission of iTube S.r.l. is to develop and manufacture plastic pipes and fittings that help create value for customers through innovative, reliable and sustainable solutions.

- applying continuous improvements and Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including 5S and SMED;
- periodically analysing the Company's context and risks/opportunities using a Risk Based Thinking approach;
- ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements;
- ensuring control over production processes, purchased products and supplier performance;
- continuously monitoring customer satisfaction as a key indicator of Company effectiveness;
- promoting continuous training and the professional development of staff;
- establishing and periodically reviewing measurable goals consistent with the Company’s strategic direction;
- communicating and disseminating this Policy to all staff and stakeholders.
Strategic Goal
The fundamental goal of iTube S.r.l. is to ensure the Company’s sustainable growth through complete customer satisfaction, achieved by providing high-quality products and services, pursuing continuous innovation and effectively implementing the Quality Management System.
This Policy provides the framework for establishing the Company's goals and is periodically reviewed by Management to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness.
