Listening and a focus on market needs
After thorough discussions with our customer, we produce the technical drawings and moulds needed for the project.
Prototype design and preliminary testing
We produce the prototype using 3D printing technology and carry out the first physical tests.
Start of production and quality control
We start industrial production and optimise it by means of continuous checks on conformity, certifying our products accordingly.
Customisation of packaging
On request, we can supply customised boxes, kits, pallets and labels.
Customer assistance
We assist customers even when special product certification is needed.
Standards and certification
We design custom solutions using certified raw materials, monitor quality throughout production, and test finished products according to the latest international standards

We implement quality controls at every step of the process and respect environmental regulations in all sectors to ensure that our plastic products are not just functional but, above all, safe.
Electrical and electronic systems
Our pipes for kitchen hoods and fume extractors conform to IEC EN 60335-1 governing the “Safety of household and similar electrical appliances” and IEC EN 60335-2-31 “Particular requirements for range hoods and other cooking fume extractors”.
Safety
iTube plastic products are tested and guaranteed self-extinguishing. Their fire behaviour conforms to CEI EN 60695, harmonised with Underwriters Laboratories UL-94 American Standard.
Fume exhausts
Our kitchen hood pipes and fittings conform to UNI EN 7129:2015, the standard governing kitchen hood exhausts.

Sustainability and innovation: the key characteristics of iTube plastic pipes and fittings
We produce original and custom pipes and fittings that offer excellent mechanical performance. iTube products are certified, robust, silent, vibration resistant, recyclable and fire resistant. Double, internal-external seals ensure zero leakage of steam, odours or liquids.
We believe that sustainability is an essential value for any company today. That is why over 80% of the energy needed for our production comes from our own renewable sources. In addition, all our plastic pipes are made from recyclable materials according to the following environmental regulations and directives:
- REACH – Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals): the EU regulation that safeguards human health and the environment against hazardous chemical substances.
- RoHS – Restriction of Hazardous Substances: the EU directive that restricts the use of hazardous substances in the manufacturing of products in order to permit efficient disposal and recycling at the end of their life cycle.
