The 220×55 mm series for venting hobs: efficient fume extraction in less space

Many modern kitchens with extraction or filtration type venting hobs now feature plinth heights lower than the classic 12 cm. In kitchens with venting hobs, the space behind the plinth is needed to route the pipes and ducts from the kitchen cabinets.

Pipe dimensions may have to be adapted to pass through this smaller space. This can be done using our BVRID229055NF adapter to reduce pipe height from 90 to 55 mm. A duct connection is standard, but a BVG22055NF joint can be added to produce a female connection if needed.

Custom length pipes are available to suit different models of hob and connection types.

Horizontal and vertical curves can also be incorporated in 220x55 mm pipes.
